We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and fairly. Our returns window is 30 days from delivery.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@rovanahome.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a photo if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We'll review and send return instructions within 24 hours. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — returns without prior approval can't be processed.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we cover it 100%. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and choose a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You won't pay return shipping in these cases.
Change of mind
Changed your mind? No problem, within 30 days — the item must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is approved (and received, where a physical return is required), your refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it. We'll email you when the refund is on its way.
Order not arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window + 7 days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund — you're protected either way.
Cancellations & changes
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they haven't already been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.
Non-returnable items
- Personal-care or hygiene items that have been opened or used.
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such).
- Gift cards.
Your consumer rights
This policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory rights under applicable consumer law (including the Australian Consumer Law and relevant US state law). If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a remedy under those laws regardless of our 30-day window.
