Shipping Policy

At Rovana we're proud to offer reliable, tracked shipping worldwide — with free standard shipping available on qualifying orders (the current threshold is shown in our announcement bar). This page explains exactly how and when your order arrives, so there are no surprises.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During this time we run a quality check before dispatch. You'll receive an order-confirmation email right away, and a separate email with your tracking number once the order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

  • Australia: 7–15 business days (Express 5–9 where available)
  • United States: 8–16 business days (Express 6–10)
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 8–16 business days (Express 6–12)
  • Canada / NZ: 9–18 business days (Express 7–13)
  • Rest of world: 10–20 business days (Express 7–14)

These are estimates based on typical transit, not guarantees. Remote areas, weather, peak seasons and customs inspections can add a few days.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a tracking link by email, and you can also check status any time on our Order Tracking page. Please allow 2–5 days after dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free standard shipping applies to orders over the threshold shown on the site. Any express options and their cost will be displayed at checkout before you pay.

Split shipments

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels, a few days apart, at no extra cost. If one parcel is taking noticeably longer than the rest, just reach out.

Customs & import duties

Most small orders are not affected, but on occasion an order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. Where they apply, these charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or a missed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange a reship (additional postage may apply).
